THE COMPANY

This creative and forward thinking production agency provide end-to-end technical production services for all types of events, from conferences, exhibitions, brand activations, product launches and installations. Known for their creative flair and always researching new trends in technology they are innovative, enthusiastic and now looking for a new member of the team….

THE ROLE

With the business rapidly gaining new projects and clients, they are now looking for a Project Manager to join the team to continue providing an excellent service to their clients. The company is based in Peterborough however they are very open to up to four days remote working in order to find the perfect candidate to join the team.

Responsibilities include:

* End to end delivery of a variety of projects
* Taking client briefs and managing the client process throughout
* Providing quotations and proposals
* Building and managing relationships with clients and suppliers
* Recommending and advising on technical solutions
* Managing budget and production timelines
* Booking and managing freelance staff
* Liaising with warehouse regarding kit and equipment
* Onsite management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have proven project management skills coupled with an understanding of technical production on a wide range of events. A friendly, yet professional approach will be needed to be successful within the role. Due to large amounts of remote working, you will also need to be able to work autonomously and be self-motivated although you will be joining an extremely supportive team who are always on hand.
