Creatively passionate and fast-growing events company based in London who have a portfolio of hugely interactive and audience inspiring festivals, shows (trade & consumer) and experiential events focused around food & drink, retail, lifestyle and arts & entertainment. Small company producing exciting large-scale events in the UK, Europe and further afield internationally who have a vacancy for a senior event ops manager / producer with an events/festivals/exhibitions/shows background.



ROLE

This "going places" agency have openings for Event Operations and Live Content & Event Production professionals (Event Manager level vacancy and a Senior Event Manager level positions).

These vacancies cut across event project management, event & festival planning, live content & production management, exhibition & features areas management and on-site delivery and entail working on a handful of vibrant and very interactive multi-day trade & consumer shows as well as a range of experiential activations and industry related (but highly creative) corporate & trade events.

Key responsibilities:-

• End-to-end event & exhibition management (including on-site delivery)
• Event & show operations
• Overseeing the in-house pre-production & live event production
• Live content/programming & creative management
• Developing features area
• Sponsorship activation
• Supplier, sponsor, speaker, venue & exhibitor relationship management
• Financial management
• Operations processes, systems, QC and compliance

YOU

You'll be a creative and dynamic live events professional who has outstanding operational as well as live content production skills and a reputation for being an amazing planner with brilliant relationship building and people management skills. You'll have a proven background (working agency-side or for a show/exhibition/festival organiser) within festivals, trade & consumer shows, immersive experiences, experiential events and sponsorship activations.

Other key requirements include:-

• Solid event planning & event operations experience
• Background in festivals, trade & consumer shows
• Live content and creative production knowledge
• Great with people, good relationship builder
• Super organised and an amazing planner!
• Commercially driven
