We have 2 Event Sponsorship Manager roles! 

Job purpose:
Working in a vibrant environment, the Event Sponsorship Manager will drive events sponsorship revenue across our client's portfolio. This is achieved by new business, answering briefs and outstanding account management. This role is a combination of telesales, face to face meetings and networking, all within a fast paced environment. They will develop a reputation for creativity, effectiveness and great service. Create high average order value, high conversion rates and repeat business, with an eye on increasing revenues and maximising profit. This role works very closely with the Event Managers, the Marketing Manager and in-house creative agency.

Skills and experience:
• A consistent record in developing event sponsorship packages to attract and retain sponsors.
• Commercial flair with ability to spot and capitalise on profitable opportunities.
• Experience negotiating complex multi-channel event sponsorships and partnerships.
• Strong influencer and negotiator who is skilled in winning new business.
• The gravitas required to get buy-in at the most senior level.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, able to communicate in an engaging way.
• Exceptional account management and client liaison skills.
• Strong interpersonal, influencing skills, flair, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.
• Tenacious, determined and realistic.
• A strong understanding of the market, competing events and the engagement of brands already committed to similar events.
• An extraordinary “little black book” of active contacts.
