THE COMPANY

Our client is a brand experience agency that works together with world-leading brands to deliver international roadshows, product launches, exhibitions, festivals and incentive travel! As a strategic and creative agency they create and execute bespoke experiences to help brands grow.

As part of a larger organisation they work with blue chip clients across sectors including FMCG, telecoms and sports and get involved in a wide range of high profile events.

THE ROLE

Due to the on-going successes of the business there is now an opportunity for an experienced Producer to come on board and take ownership of a number of accounts, as well as leading on the delivery of large scale events from initial pitch through to completion.

A broad role responsibilities will include:

* Client and account management
* Managing a range of campaigns and events from initial pitch stage
* Proposal creation and pitching to clients
* Liaising with internal teams and external suppliers
* Full operational delivery of events including managing complex logistics
* Resource management
* Adhering to strict deadlines and managing time efficiently to ensure projects run smoothly
* Onsite management
* Post event evaluation
* Budget management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have proven experience working for an event, production or experiential agency. Experience of running projects from end to end is key and any experience of managing the operational and logistical delivery of European roadshows would be highly advantageous. Strong client facing and account management skills are a must! Any European language skills would be an added plus but are not essential for the role
