THE COMPANY

For the past 30 years this boutique agency has been bringing projects to life through promotional marketing and corporate events for a broad range of industries such as automotive, travel, finance and marketing communications.

Handling a range of events from product launches, roadshows, award ceremonies, incentives and conferences throughout the UK, this agency keeps going from strength to strength.

Due to a volume of new business wins there is now an opportunity for an experienced Event Manager to oversee the end the end delivery on projects as well as managing and maintaining key client relationships.

THE ROLE

As an Event Manager you will be involved in every stage of event management as well as hands on delivery. Your key duties will include:

*Taking initial projects briefs directly from the client
*Developing the overall schedule of activities
*Maintaining and nurturing existing client relationships
*Creating and managing budget's
*Producing event proposals
*Working with internal divisions
*Liaising with suppliers
*Full end to end logistics
*Continuing support onsite

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have event agency experience, the ability to manage corporate events end to end and manage client relationships in order to increase revenue.
