The opportunity to join a fantastic agency who are kick starting 2020 with some new and exciting business.

THE COMPANY

For the past 30 years this boutique agency has been bringing projects to life through promotional marketing and corporate events for a broad range of industries such as automotive, travel, finance and marketing communications.

Handling a range of events from product launches, roadshows, award ceremonies, incentives and conferences throughout the UK, this agency keeps going from strength to strength.

Due to a volume of new business wins there is now an opportunity for an Event Executive to support with the end the end delivery on projects.

THE ROLE

As an Event Executive you will be assisting with every stage of event management as well as hands on delivery. Your key duties will include:

*Supporting with overall schedule of activities
*Assisting with the management of budget's
*Inputting into event proposals
*Working with internal divisions
*Liaising with suppliers
*Sourcing venues
*Managing delegates
*Continuing support onsite

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have worked in an events agency capacity, supporting with the management of corporate events.
