This global events agency is seeking a Financial Administrator to support on a range of financial duties - this opportunity is one not to be missed!
THE COMPANY
With an incredible reputation across the industry this agency offers an all-round event management service to some of the biggest healthcare brands in the world. With logistics and venue sourcing teams in house they deliver hundreds of events each year on a truly global scale reaching countries across Europe, America and even the Middle East!
Their diverse portfolio of projects encompassing internal events, training programmes, gala dinners, healthcare meetings and large scale congresses means that no two days are the same. Whether clients are looking to hold a small meeting for 20 or manage congress attendance for 1,500 delegates, the team can deliver!
Due to some significant growth and new business wins they are now looking to grow the team with a Financial Administrator!
THE ROLE
This busy role for a Financial Administrator will involve working alongside the fast paced events team and finance team to support on all their financial duties.
The range of duties will include:
Keeping track of event budgets
Processing supplier payments
Account reconciliation
Receive and raise purchase order numbers
Reviewing the teams cash flow
Creating and processing invoices
Review financial reports and update
Must be fluent within Microsoft Excel
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this Financial Administrator role we are looking for candidates who have a strong understand of finance administration or a finance degree. You will have strong administrative skills and must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
**Please note you must have a full UK driving licence and access to a car for this opportunity**
