Venue Sales & Front of House Manager

We are looking to appoint an energetic Venue Sales & Front of House Manager to join our busy and driven team. Working within the wider Hospitality team of 7, this role is responsible for providing professional event sales and planning service, as well as managing the Front of House Team of 3.

The successful candidate will assist the Head of Venue Sales and Marketing and the rest of the hospitality team to effectively administer a full range of hospitality events, including both internal and external clients. This includes answering enquiries, conducting show round, contract queries, involving, planning and delivery of external events. This also involves assisting in relationship marketing, attending networking events and trade shows when required by the Business development and Marketing Manager. You will be involved in contributing to the growth of the department’s turnover by applying proactive and reactive sales techniques and assisting team members in applying the same. In addition, you will be responsible for the management of the Front of House Team by overseeing the workflow, efficiency, rota and service levels of the FOH. The successful candidate will be a first-class communicator, with good interpersonal skills, and will have the ability to interact effectively and politely with a wide range of people.
