THE ROLE

With significant growth, the agency is looking to expand the team further with an experienced Events Manager to manage projects and deliver healthcare meetings, ensuring they are delivered to budget, on schedule and to the highest level of service. A broad role responsibilities will include:

Managing a variety of events end to end
Pre-event planning
Client management and liaison
Pre-event planning including venue finding
Managing full logistics including travel and accommodation booking
Delegate management and registration
Supplier and DMC liaison and negotiation
Budget management and reconciliation
International travel with on-site event management and delivery

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates must have a proven background in delivering a range of events, ideally gained within an agency environment. Candidates must have a proven background in the end to end management of events including managing all elements including full logistics, delegate management and registration. Previous experience of running events within the healthcare / pharmaceutical sector would be an added benefit but is not essential for the role. Candidates must have a strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to manage multiple suppliers as well as solid destination knowledge!
