We are looking for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Animator to join a cutting edge creative agency in their new creative hub in Manchester!

THE ROLE
Due to new business success they are now looking for a Video Editor & Motion Graphics Animator to join their close-knit creative studio. You will assist in the delivery of projects including videos, motion graphics, animations and set visuals. The candidate will be expected to produce high-quality show-reels and promo videos of the agency's work using footage from shows blended with cutting edge motion graphics and titling; motion graphics videos for shows - videos for Show Openers, links and closing VT's 90% motion Graphics 10% video footage as well as links and lower thirds for broadcast and live events.

Key responsibilities include;

• Working within the creative studio
• Working within a team and using your own initiative
• Having an input into initial ideas and concepts
• Producing content for events (videos, animation and motion graphics)
• Working on projects for virtual and broadcast events
• Storyboarding video and animation
• Using After Effects and Premiere for animating
• Optimising finished video files for client delivery
• Quality checking to ensure content is ready to be signed off
• Editing on-site at events when required

• Cinema 4D
• Red-Shift or Octane rendering engines for Cinema 4D (Not necessary, but a bonus)
• 3D Studio Max

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Video Editor and / or a Motion Graphics Animator, with an inquisitive and creative drive. We are looking for a forward thinking attitude and someone who can bring new ideas; platforms and ways of working to the team. You will ideally have knowledge of the following software; Cinema 4D, Red-Shift or Octane rendering engines for Cinema 4D (Not necessary, but a bonus), Adobe including Premiere and After-Effects (Essential) and 3D Studio Max - however their motto is talent first tech second and will be happy to train on new software and systems.
