I have an exciting new opportunity that has become available for a Audio Visual/AV Support Assistant/AV Engineer to work for a market leading Law Firm on a permanent basis.

As a Audio Visual/AV Support Assistant/AV Engineer you will be expected to:

Provide customer service and audio-visual equipment troubleshooting and problem resolution via phone, video, and email.
Possess a high level of knowledge in Audio, Video, Video Conference and Control systems.
Work independently, be self-directed, communicate effectively and make sound decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Be able to perform remote testing and problem diagnosis for projectors, microphones, speakers, amplifiers & LCD/Plasma Displays.
Act as first line response to resolve a problem or identify resolution via appropriate vendor or manufacturer.
Troubleshoot AV/V problems last minute as required as well as non-critical situations
Assist with Field Engineers that require assistance on the installation of AV infrastructure (audio, video conferencing, webcasting, visual display or projection, and control system
(Cisco, Crestron) operations
Work closely with Project Managers & Field Engineers to help Remedy any service issues that arise in a professional manner.
Daily system monitoring to ensure equipment and room functionality.
