This is an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning Higher Education Student Recruitment and Marketing team within a dynamic, specialist arts university in the post of Senior Events and Alumni Officer.

Reporting to the Head of Student Recruitment and Marketing, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of key University events, on and off line, designed to recruit students, raise AUB’s profile and maintain strong relations with our alumni community. This will include AUB’s Graduation ceremonies, UCAS Fairs and Open Days. This role will represent AUB’s creative community, ensuring events are of the highest standard reflecting the artistic nature of the institution and its students.

You will also be responsible for implementing the AUB’s alumni plan, including communications programmes, campaigns, events and fundraising.

Educated to degree level, you will be an experienced and motivated events professional with a proven track record in devising, planning and running engaging, successful and high profile, large scale events, ideally within the education sector. You will possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal as well as strong project management skills.

A keen interest in the creative industries and a full UK/EU driving licence are essential.
