We’re looking for a gifted storyteller who can present and produce video content and is as comfortable in front of the camera as they are behind it.

With experience of producing both longer form video (for our website/YouTube channel) as well as short form video (for social media) video, you’ll be using your creative skills to help communicate often technical subjects through interviews, ingenious ways to present the product or deliver content straight to camera.

Playing a vital role in our creative marketing team, you’ll put the audience at the forefront of everything you create, delivering content that inspires and provokes action.

If you have an appreciation of SEO and how the content you create can help in our Google rankings all the better (but it’s also not essential).

Part of a marketing team of 7, you’ll be reporting to our Head of Marketing and working closely with our Website/Design Manager as well as our industry focused campaign managers and telemarketing team.

Responsibilities include;

  • Plan and produce compelling creative video content to support all our marketing activity - including presenting, interviewing, recording and editing.
  • Work closely with the internal Website Manager/Designer to create the above content to brand guidelines as well as the campaign managers for execution in our marketing campaigns
  • Develop partnerships with the sales team, product management teams & internal subject matter experts to develop new video content
  • Work with the rest of the marketing team to re-purpose the video content/messaging for different mediums including social media & other marketing content (blogs, eBooks, infographics)
  • Liaise with the Head of Marketing & Website Manager to help devise and deliver video content marketing to drive website traffic, customer engagement and leads
  • Keep up to date with industry best practice and monitoring of video content activities of competitor websites

Skills Profile

  • Proven track record in a similar role - preferably 1-2 years of experience either client or agency side - in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrable experience creating compelling creative video communication, with a clear sense of how a story can be brought to life
  • A working knowledge of Adobe Premier Pro/Aftereffects or Final Cut Pro is desirable but not essential. Full training & support will be provided for the right candidate
  • Experience of either manufacturing/distribution and/or business software would be an advantage but not a pre-requisite.
  • Able to work at pace - with a strong focus on delivery to agreed timescales, budget and quality of service
  • Ability to work well under pressure, as part of a team and to tight deadlines
  • An excellent command of English with attention to detail and an understanding of the need to adhere to brand guidelines and company tone of voice

This is an office based role with working hours between 8am and 6pm (8-4.30, 8.45-5.15 or 9.30-6), Although some homeworking is available each week and the business are willing to discuss options.
