Job Details
Company
An established and ambitious publishing, data intelligence and commercial conference company, specialising in the finance sector, who have not had to furlough or make any redundancies during Covid, so a financially secure company who have pivoted with the new events landscape.
The Role
The aim of the role is to lead a small team to research, plan, deliver and evaluate award winning content for a range of events and secure high quality, relevant and influential speakers.
The Person
Our client is looking for someone who has significant experience of conference producing from a content perspective.
Skills required for first stage interview:
* Experience of managing a small team of Content Producers.
* Proven track record in researching, planning, delivering and evaluating content for conferences, dinners, webinars and summits.
* Ability to secure high-quality, relevant and influential speakers.
* Virtual events experience and financial sector experience are not essential but would definitely be a benefit.
Company
Having worked in busy, target driven agencies for many years, we decided we wanted to work with a select group of clients to provide a refined events recruitment solution.
Really getting to know the clients we recruit for, taking a detailed and extensive brief and making time to thoroughly interview candidates when it suits them, ensures we are providing the right candidates first time.
Efficiency and precision are key and it seems to be a winning combination for both clients and candidates.
