Large highly tech savvy corporate international law firm have a brand new opening for a permanent skilled and passionate Digital Channels Audio Visual Specialist to join their thriving Marketing and Business Development team. The team are looking for a creative thinker to support the firms brand positioning and strategy through the delivery of 'best in class’ internal and external AV communications assets. This forward thinking law firm are seeking a candidate who can continually seek to enhance and improve their output, processes and global capabilities.

This new permanent role is working for an industry leading firm and high energy team, the firm offer an exceptional perks, benefits and bonus package and are offer a starting salary of £35,000 per annum for this new role. The key focus of this new permanent role will be working with the Head of Marketing and Communications, digital channels and events teams to deliver excellence through their AV outputs - for both internal and external audiences, supporting the internal communication needs though the delivery of AV assets.

This role will include but not be limited to the following:

  • On site filming in the London studio set up, you will run the studio bookings calendar and oversee the production of high-quality footage for editing. Working with internal stakeholders and relevant MBD representatives to ensure the desired messaging is captured.
  • Video editing and subtitling (English language only) for either generated or curated footage. This will include editing webinars before they can be shared as recordings. You will also need to consider different output channels and formats; editing videos for web and social media as well as internal and external newsletters and for incorporation into pitch documents and presentations.
  • Create animations and idents to support the brand communications and marketing campaigns.
  • Champion the AV brand - working closely with the brand team to ensure the consistency and quality of the our AV brand delivery. Working on how to evolve and shape this going forward, keeping things fresh while remaining on brand.
  • Use your understanding of digital marketing channels and Social Media tactics to seek ways to enhance and improve the AV production processes and lead on best practice across the international firm. As well as proactively investigate new trends, highlighting these as appropriate to inform the digital channels approach and strategy.

Key skills required include:

  • Strong experience of working on Mac operating systems and using Final Cut, After Effects and the full Adobe Suite of software.
  • Experience of Microsoft Office suite for project admin.
  • A good understanding of PowerPoint, particularly as source footage for incorporating into videos.
  • A good project manager with strong organisational and admin skills.
  • Ability to deal with challenging workloads, changing priorities and tight timeframes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt your style to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and across various countries.
  • Willingness to work as part of a team with a positive attitude.

This new role requires a candidate with excellent audio visual skills, and strong experience of working on Mac operating systems and using Final Cut Pro and After Effects.
