Producing a range of virtual, hybrid and live events, strategy, content, production and technology for their clients they now need a Creative Lead to join their industry leading team.

THE ROLE
Responsible for leading an all-star team of creative's the Creative Lead is the driving force behind the creation and delivery of impactful work that excites and engages audiences. It might be creating the "big idea" for a virtual product launch to the worlds press, or how to communicate complex messages, either way creativity and how to tell the story are key.

With such a big role there a wide remit that covers team management, creative direction and everything in between, including;

* Managing and developing client relationships
* Taking, challenging and deeply understanding the client's brief and business
* Working with internal teams to come up with innovative concepts
* Preparing creative and compelling campaign proposals
* Lead pitch team
* Working with internal teams and Producers
* Supplier management
* Liaising with the client throughout the process
* Oversee and support junior team members

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate must come from a creative event / production agency and have strong creative abilities, being able to come up with creative and unique concepts for events.

Candidates must have a proven background in transferring creative ideas into workable proposals and being able to make this come to life in front of clients. Strong client facing skills are critical as is the ability to oversee delivery and liaise with internal teams.
