3D CREATIVE DIRECTOR - MATERNITY CONTRACT

THE ROLE
Working closely with the Executive Creative Director this role is leading all things 3D within the agency, guiding their creative responses and managing / developing a keen team of 3D Designers.

In a fast paced creative agency no two days will be the same, but broadly responsibilities will include:

* Taking the clients brief to truly understand what they are looking to achieve
* Guiding the creative response to all 3D design work through the agency
* Mentoring and developing your team and the wider design department
* Overseeing the creative "delivery" and making sure it answers the brief at every point

THE CANDIDATE
Candidates should have extensive senior level 3D experience within an events or experiential agency, where they have guided the creative response for a wide range of high profile clients. In depth knowledge of Cinema 4D is a must have, and team management experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
