This agency is a leading events, film and digital agency with in-house services to include production, events, creative and web development.

Established over 30 years ago they work with an impressive portfolio of blue chip client, producing and delivering virtual / hybrid projects from large-scale road shows and product launches and conferences through to film production and everything in between.

At the forefront of technical advancements they pride themselves on continuously striving to provide the best service possible whilst been friendly on the environment!

With a heavy focus on virtual and streaming events we are now seeking a client facing Head of Projects / Project Director to lead this dynamic team and oversee project delivery.

THE ROLE
As Head of Projects you will lead, manage and develop the projects team to ensure they achieve the highest standards of excellence in all activities. Supporting the team through mentoring, training, and carrying out regular team appraisals you will be an integral member of their senior leadership team.

Taking the lead role in developing proposals for and the delivery of, the largest and most complex projects you will get involved in:

• Overall responsibility for the department - leadership, strategic focus, growth and day to day management of the project team
• Resource management
• Supporting team in the delivery of larger more complex events
• Developing and building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ensuring the efficient operational service delivery of the team
• Onsite management at live events to provide strategic and operational oversight
• Budget control / management

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with a wealth of experience managing people within an events agency ideally.

You will come from a strong project management / delivery background, having worked across a broad range of complex events and projects.

If you have an excellent knowledge and technical understanding of the skills and technology required to deliver successful and safe events; possessing a good working knowledge of digital and AV solutions, including those required to host virtual events then we need you!
