A fantastic opportunity has arisen within two of the longest standing event and media structures & seating companies within the UK. Media Structures and Austen Lewis have been established in excess of 30 years and since then they have been involved within some of the most prestigious events and festivals based all over the UK and the world. Working with brands such as Adidas and the NFL, the business operates within one of the most specialist sectors including TV, Film, sporting events, experiential shows and exhibitions.
Reporting to the Managing Director, all candidates will have a proven record in temporary structures and/or temporary seating and come from an events based background demonstrating experience in labour control, logistics and budget management. With the ability to manage a team comprised of both operational and support staff; all applicants must be capable in developing relationships with a positive drive and attitude to ensure sustainable profitability and more importantly customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Project management
- Accurate preparation of quotations based on client need and budget analysis
- Accurately and effectively manage targeted revenue pipeline to maximise potential business opportunities
- Full logistical management via a dedicated team
- Research, target and develop business with potential new clients
- Maintain relationships with existing client base
- Supplier liaison
- Budget management
- On-site management
- Labour control
- All aspects of customer service

The successful candidate will need to be a driver, due to the location of the Head Office.
Hours of work: 42.5 hours (Monday to Friday) 08.00am to 17.30pm, however, these may be variable to suit the working activity of the business.
33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays and a Christmas closure period.
