SENIOR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - RESPONSIBILITIES
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Account Director with a B2B events agency background who will be responsible for:
* Strategically growing client accounts
* Overseeing the delivery of projects to ensure client satisfaction
* Developing event strategy and proposals for new pitches
* Working closely with production and technical teams to ensure clients are provided with the best solution
* Managing budgets, margins and profitability on each project
* Attending client events to strengthen relationships, as well as industry networking events
* Keeping up to date with trends, latest technology and industry news
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - please only apply if you meet this criteria!
* Must have prior experience from a B2B events agency
* Must have a proven track record in growing B2B events accounts
* Must be at Account Director level and above
* Exhibition/virtual events experience would be a huge bonus
* The office location is Kent and the successful applicant would be required to attend the office around 2/3 days per week.
