SENIOR EVENT MANAGER / PROJECT DIRECTOR

With a global reach they offer their clients a range of services including live and virtual events, exhibitions, digital, creative and film and video - enabling them to deliver creative solutions with impact, anywhere in the world.

The agency has a fantastic reputation for delivering large scale B2B and B2C projects globally and they are now looking for an existing Project Manager, Account Director or Producer who is ready to step into a senior position overseas.

With a specialism in large scale events (internal and experiential) and standalone digital projects they have become one of the hot agencies to work for.

As part of this ongoing success there is now an opportunity for an experienced Event Manager / Project Director to join their team.

THE ROLE
Due to continued growth and development we are now seeking an experience Event Manager / Project Director to take the lead in the event delivery providing end-to-end project management for events all over the country. This will include event management and production of a wide range of live events, from virtual and in-person conferences, seminars, roadshows, exhibitions and award ceremonies.

Working closely with the Head of Events you will be the first point of client contact with key duties to include:

* Client brief taking
* Putting together proposals and pitching to client
* Liaising with internal and teams - production, creative, digital etc.
* Liaising with external suppliers
* Managing the client relationship throughout
* Budget management
* On site management
* Client / account management

THE PERSON
The ideal candidate will be creative, organised and highly motivated to work as both a self-starter and as part of a larger team, producing and delivering complex projects.

Experience in managing virtual and hybrid events would be a bonus as would a good working platforms.
