SENIOR EVENT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - REMOTE WORKING

They offer services including event management, production, styling and theming for well-known clients across the fashion, retail, FMCG and banking sectors, across the UK and overseas.

Due to Covid19 putting a hold on live events, this agency wasted no time making the transition over the virtual and have successfully delivered a number of events online for their client base.

THE ROLE
Now looking to grow their existing team, this agency are now looking for a Senior Account Executive to join their team where you will play a key role in assisting the management and execution of live and virtual events for a wide selection of blue-chip clients.

This is a fast-paced agency where you will work across a range of projects from roadshows, product launches, corporate events, parties and internal communications.

As a Senior Account Executive you will be responsible for;

• Being a key point of client contact when required
• Attending client meetings and taking briefs from clients when required
• Putting together proposals and presenting ideas and concepts to clients
• Managing events from brief through to on-site delivery
• Assisting with the Management and reporting of budgets
• Sourcing and managing external suppliers and venues
• Managing event logistics
• Providing on-site support at events

THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this role you must have experience working within an events agency, supporting across a range of events with some exposure to client contact. You must have proven experience in delivering events, assisting with all elements from start to finish. An understanding of production would be advantageous.
