THE ROLE
Due to business growth we are seeking an additional Production Manager / Senior Production Manager significant digital / virtual experience.

Working as part of a vibrant collaborative team, delivering innovative, creative, technical projects for a variety of prestigious clients both in live and hybrid/virtual environments.

Working closely with digital and broadcast teams key duties will include:
  • Client brief taking
  • Managing technical requirements for virtual & live events
  • Specifying platforms/streaming methods
  • End to end production management
  • Suggesting interactive technologies that can enhance engagement, inputting these into proposals with costings
  • Bridging the gap between digital and technical production
  • Supplier search, selection and management
    Budget management
  • Onsite management
  • H&S
  • Working knowledge of AUTOCAD
  • Experience at a rental company would be an advantage but not a necessity.
  • Experience of Bizzabo, Pathable, On24, Hopin or similar event platforms


THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience of digital / hybrid and live projects, the ability to access the scope of the client brief and work with digital leads to identify appropriate platforms and how to best implement.

In addition to a strong technical aptitude, you will have great interpersonal skills, be client facing and excel in project management.

You must be highly organised and self-motivated, with experience in creating and managing budgets. You must be confident dealing with both colleagues and our global clients, so exceptional communication skills and flexibility are a must.

If you have experience of leading the successful delivery of digital and/or hybrid events utilising industry standard technologies including v-Mix, Quicklink and platforms then we need you!
