EVENT PRODUCTION LEAD - REMOTE / FLEXIBLE WORKING

The Role
Leading a team of their own Production Managers the Production Lead takes charge of the agencies larger projects, whilst also overseeing delivery of the smaller events. This isn't just delivery though, there's a huge amount of team training and development that's needed too. It'll be you they look to for help and guidance and it will be you that makes sure everything is to the highest possible production standards.

With such a broad and exciting role there won't be two days that are the same, but here's an overview of responsibilities:

- Developing and motivating a team of Production Managers
- Working with others to develop creative and innovative production solutions to new briefs
- Overseeing delivery of your own events and those of your team
- Managing budgets
- Engaging and managing suppliers
- Managing all pre-production
- On site management

The Candidate
Candidates should have an agency background, either delivering corporate events (conferences / exhibitions / experiential etc) or large scale public events. A deep understanding of production is a given, but also needed is the desire to manage a team of enthusiastic Production Managers.

Please note: Although this a remote role you must be based within the UK to access the agency offices when needed. If preferred you could work full time / flexibly from one of their 2 UK based offices.
