Search is delighted to be working exclusively with an exciting start up within the fashion industry. Having recently received significant financial investment this company has ambitious growth plans and is very much at the forefront of what they do. As part of their launch plans they're looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to deliver a virtual event.

Reporting into their Marketing Director you will be a key figure within the business. As the initial team will be small you'll be a critical influence in the success of the marketing strategy and event, making this a really exciting opportunity.

Key responsibilities:
* Day to day planning and comprehensive management of the virtual and physical events schedule.
* Oversee marketing partnerships and sponsorship opportunities.
* Seek and communicate new opportunities for the business to explore and maximise in order to become the leader in its field.
* Supporting communication with marketing suppliers.
* Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
* Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the event activity.
* Work within a budget and report any overspend.
* Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within events schedule and for use across all comms channels.

We're looking to speak to candidates with a passion for the fashion and retail industry and will have gained experience in a marketing or digital role within the sector. In addition you'll have experience in managing virtual events and delivering marketing campaigns to support this. Ideally you'll be an entrepreneurial character and the idea of working for a start up will greatly excite you.
