A fantastic position has now become available for a Director of Conference Production to direct the entire Conference Production function in a strategic position. You will be sitting in an executive level position, overseeing the functionality of the conference production teams, streamlining processes and providing insight and strategy to the rest of the executive team.

This is a broad role that includes:

* Coaching, mentoring & supporting the development of the conference production team
* Overseeing the entire conference production function and acting as their representative
* Creating streamlined processes and structure
* Managing workflow with internal departments
* Providing ideas, strategy and insight to the executive team
* Contributing to the overall business direction
* Providing leadership, input and analysis

Candidates should have similar experience gained from working within a conference organiser or similar event environment at a senior/Director level. The role calls for a client facing individual who has strong strategic experience within a conference production function. Team management is also essential.
