EVENT PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR - LIVE & VIRTUAL

Globally recognised as one of the best agencies to work for, they offer a range of in-house services to their client base including logistics, production, video, digital and creative.

This company have offices across the globe and have since pivoted over to delivering virtual events for the past year due to Covid19. Due to continued success they are looking to grow their team based out of the London office.

THE ROLE
Due to continued success and repeat business from their large client base, they are now looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to join their team, to support in the delivery of projects, both on site and pre event.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the wider team across a range of projects
• Assisting with proposals
• Liaising with internal teams
• Working with third party suppliers
• Conducting project research
• Supporting with scheduling and timelines
• Onsite management / supporting with live and virtual event
• Preparing project plans and schedules
• Booking travel and accommodation for crew and project teams
• Working closely with the technical team to create crew documentation
• Negotiating with external suppliers and comparing quotes
• Liaising with logistic, film, animation & digital teams
• Travelling on site, as part of the delivery team

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an events environment, preferably from within a production agency. Experience of liaising with suppliers and managing logistics would be ideal. You will have a "can do" attitude and be highly organised with excellent literacy and Microsoft office skills.
