EVENT PROJECT COORDINATOR

With in-house production, events, creative, digital, media and print, their team of experts deliver highly creative integrated events that win pitches and awards and put them at the cutting edge of the industry.

THE ROLE
Due to their ongoing success they are now looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. Working across the production, creative and account management teams, no two days will ever be the same - but general responsibilities will include;

• Supporting Project Managers and Producers, working across multiple projects
• Liaising with internal teams
• Liaising with suppliers
• Delegate management
• Assisting in proposal generation
• Prepare kit for offsite jobs
• Book accommodation for crew
• Event admin - raising Purchase Orders
• Onsite support

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will have experience within an agency and have a proven ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

Experience of liaising with teams including creative and production would be ideal but most of all, the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about events!
