THE COMPANY
Our client is a concert promoter, producer and event organiser! As an agency they produce concerts all over the UK and Europe working with some of the biggest names in the music industry.

Working across a number of venues from indoor concert arenas, stately homes, castles, public parks and privately owned land they work in partnership with the corporate side of the business to deliver the production.

THE ROLE
Due to exciting growth plans we are new recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Manager to promote the music and gigs arm of the agency. The role will involve creating and implementing overall comms strategy for festivals and concerts, delivering bespoke marketing campaigns for each individual event that will ultimately drive ticket sales.
The role will see you have regular interaction with new and existing consumers as well as coming up with new and innovative ways to help grow the festivals/concerts/gigs to a bigger audience.
Working closely with the MD to devise and continually evolve brand strategy for each event, including brand values and communication guidelines you will build a community (on and offline).

Key duties:
* Create and deliver a marketing strategy for each event
* Instigate and manage all mainstream media partnerships
* Bring fresh insight to new opportunities and partnerships
* Creating sponsorship packages, brand experience space, promotional opportunities
* Database growth and maintenance
* Researching, identifying and contacting new prospects
* Managing the website & social networking.
* Good knowledge of current market trends

THE CANDIDATE
The ideal candidate will be from a sales or marketing background with experience or a knowledge of the events / music industry. You will ideally have experience of both off and on line marketing and a proven background in sales and marketing
