With in-house production, events, creative, digital, media and print, their team of experts deliver highly creative integrated events that win pitches and awards and put them at the cutting edge of the industry.

Due to their ongoing success they are now looking for a Venue Consultant to join their team. This person will source the best venues and resources to meet an array of project briefs. General responsibilities will include;
  • Sourcing suitable, relevant and imaginative venues throughout the UK & worldwide
  • Challenging the venue brief to ensure it is specific and will bring in the best venue
  • Keeping updated on venue & product knowledge
  • Attending site visits, FAM trips and industry events
  • Negotiating with suppliers to achieve the very best rates and added value deals
  • Preparing venue and product proposals
  • Keeping venue databases and information up to date
  • Contract negotiation and management
  • Ensuring project timelines are met

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in venue sourcing, ideally from within an agency. Knowledge of international locations and venues is a bonus.
