A leader in their field, this well respected brand partners with global leading manufacturers across Europe and currently distribute to more than 70 countries and are continuing to add to this at rapid speed!

This organisation plan and deliver some truly exceptional events on behalf of their customers and clients such as conferences, dinners and corporate hospitality days out as well as attend tradeshow's and educational events themselves. Creating a memorable experience for their clients is really important and the team ensure there is a fun element to their events as well as educational.

Due to lots of exciting projects in the pipeline, this company are growing and looking for a highly organised individual to come on board and take the lead on all of their events.

As Events and Hospitality Manager, you will be given the opportunity to make a real impact on the shape of this business and duties of the position will include;
  • Develop and execute an annual plan for customer trips and hospitality
  • Managing budgets
  • Liaising with senior internal stakeholders
  • Organising travel and accommodation for corporate events, customer trips and tradeshows
  • Sourcing suitable venues
  • Building long-lasting customer relationships through memorable events
  • Working with the sales and marketing teams to promote the brand and events
  • Negotiating with suppliers
  • General ad hoc office duties
  • Onsite delivery and hosting

The ideal candidate will have experience organising events such as business incentive trips or corporate hospitality for large groups of people from start to finish. This company are looking for someone with exceptional hosting skills as this will be a key part of the role. You will have fantastic organisation and planning skills, alongside strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different business environments.
