SENIOR EVENT COORDINATOR / ONLINE REGISTRATION – 1 year contract – LONDON 

Salary:  £25,000-£28,000 (DOE)

A brilliant opportunity for an ambitious and talented events professional early on in their career to join a wonderful creative agency. This agency have worked hard to build a strong, international, creative reputation which has led them to win a number of awards (including C&IT UK agency of the year). Content and engagement is what they do and they do it well, for a whole range of clients from sectors such as Professional Services, Pharma, Fast Food, Tech and Retail. They are looking for a Senior Event Coordinator to come on board whose main focus will be to lead on the attendee management and registration for a range of large scale corporate events. The role will see you undertaking general registration administration, assisting in the event registration process, acting as the first point of contact for registration delegate queries, managing email inboxes, collating data, providing onsite support, registration communication and general logistics support too. All employees at this agency are expected to have an 'all rounder' nature, as such the duties of this role may extend to other areas of the business. Previous experience in delegate management (having worked across multiple registration systems such as Cvent)  and online registration is essential, as is advanced use of Excel and large scale event experience.
