The role

This role is end to end, so managing clients, the creative, production and content processes, managing budgets and ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards on a broad range of events for a hugely varied client base.

• Oversee the content development aspect of projects to shape the solution, execution, and delivery to align with the client’s objectives.
• Working with the Production team to propose appropriate technical delivery methods for client needs, from virtual events and live streams to hybrid and traditional events.
• Bring together the appropriate teams both internal and freelance to facilitate conversations to identify the best and most creative ways to execute on our client’s objectives.
• Create clear and concise creative briefs that reflect the clients’ objectives and aims for designers, video editors, production and technical teams.
• Own the data-reporting of our events, liaising with the right teams to ensure data are generated, before analysing and presenting it back to our clients

The person

• Looking for a really strong client facing agency Producer with good solid knowledge of the end to end project management process. 
• Competent in event design, with strong large-scale budget management experience.
