A well known event organiser seeks a Senior Operations Executive to manage and assist in the safe planning, organisation and running of company events and exhibitions. This role is suited to someone with experience of live events who is highly motivated to progress their career in live event operations and production.
In this role, you will be the key point of contact for suppliers, exhibitors, visitors and internal staff, helping create event documentation and passes, as well as the management of hospitality and meeting facilities on site.
You will negotiate and liaise with accommodation providers and manage the booking and co-ordination of temporary staff for on-site work.
The ideal candidate will have experience of live event equipment and systems along with site design knowledge and the ability to accurately read and work with a site plan - use of Autocad would be great. You will have involvement in managing budgets and working to deadlines as well as overseeing the invoicing process.
