Job Details

With remote studios set up around the country and trusted suppliers to high end corporate clients, this agency manage and deliver production, web streaming, webcasting and video conferencing from small meetings to complex large scale conferences.

With the world of virtual events not slowing down any time soon, they are looking for a Technical Project Manager to come on board to professionally manage client contact as well as having the technical ability to set up and manage virtual events both in their own studios and client spaces.

The range of duties will include:

Liaising with clients, taking client briefs and advising on technical solutions
Working with high end corporate clients
Providing technical solutions for both virtual and hybrid events
Excellent understanding of audio, visual and lighting
Excellent understanding of virtual platforms, live streaming and webcasting
Technical management for events including webinars, video conferences, livestreams, and live/hybrid events
Keeping up to date with technologies and advising on these and appropriate platforms
Setting up equipment for all events
Technical troubleshooting
Maintaining the events production studios and ensure equipment and technologies are up to date
Setting up, hosting, running Zoom meetings/webinars and MSFT Teams meetings/live events
Advising on technical requirements to move from virtual to hybrid events as required

Candidates must have experience managing the technical delivery of virtual events (including technical set up of lighting, audio and video) Candidates must also have working experience with vision mixing and streaming applications as well as a good understanding of live streaming and broadcasting technologies.
