Webinar and Virtual Event Specialist

SelectScience® - the no.1 scientific digital publisher – is seeking to appoint a Webinar and Virtual Event Specialist/Project Manager to help support our significant growth in this area.  We are looking for applicants who want to develop a long-term career in a rapidly growing business, with experience in events management (preferably virtual) or project management, or has worked in events, publishing or an agency and are passionate about delivering successful events on behalf of customers.

In this role, you’ll help to advance critical scientific communication by managing multiple online webinars and virtual events on behalf of scientific manufacturers around the world, helping them to reach their target audience. There will be a strong focus on delivering successful results and high quality, engaging events.

You will provide expert direction throughout each project, from inception through to publication. You will be responsible for the successful execution of webinars and virtual events, helping to improve the engagement, effectiveness and results. A good understanding of virtual event technology, project management and digital marketing techniques is therefore vital for this role.
