With an ever expanding event calendar, there is now the opportunity for an Assistant Event Manager to join the team and assist in producing creative and unique events.
This is a broad role that includes:
Communicating with clients in the planning, preparation and delivery of their events
Providing technical information about the venue
Ensuring procedures and processes are in place to oversee public safety & control
To be responsible for ensuring the Health & Safety requirements are adhered to
Liaising with external contractors and internal teams
Building strong relationships with clients
Overseeing on site at events
Post event follow up
The ideal candidate will have previous event management experience gained from working in a multipurpose venue or alternatively relevant event industry operations experience. This role would be perfect for an existing Venue Event Manager who has experience in managing a broad range of events.
