Due to company growth and expansion there is now the opportunity for a Venue Coordinator to come on board and support the venue sourcing function for 150+ conferences per year across to US, Asia and Europe!

This is a broad role that includes:
  • Taking on and developing briefs
  • Presenting venue options to Head of Event Operations and internal customers
  • Venue sourcing across the US, Europe and Asia
  • Negotiating rates and terms with venues
  • Reviewing contracts and amending where necessary
  • Developing relationships with key hotel groups and independent venues
  • Attending site inspections, networking events and FAM trips
  • Continually enhancing your product knowledge on national and international venues


The ideal candidate will have previous venue sourcing experience ideally gained from an event organiser or similar within the event, travel or hospitality sector. This role would be perfect for an existing Venue Coordinator who has experience in delivering to briefs, venue sourcing and creating proposals.
