SENIOR PRODUCER - EVENTS AGENCY

Due to their commitment, they have established a fantastic client base, working predominately within the IT and sporting sector's. Their events can vary from creative sales meetings, conferences and exhibitions through to fashion shows, product launches and employee engagement across the globe.

Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Producer to join their team. You will be accountable for the registration delivery of events from brief to delivery.

THE ROLE

As Senior Producer, this is a broad role and your responsibilities will include:

* Producing and leading the delivery of event projects from brief to completion.
* Conceptualising pitch responses and leading proposals including content ideation
* Supporting internal teams in the design and delivery of large complex events, to ensure exceptional client experience
* Developing the production brief in collaboration with the client and internal departments
* Negotiating, reviewing and managing supplier contracts
* Managing the events onsite.
* Acting as the face of the agency for the client whilst overseeing delivery by managing internal teams, external suppliers, contractors and venues.
* Project costing, budget management and reconciliation

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, working as a Senior Producer within an agency ideally with exposure to leading delivery of an event end-to-end. You will also have excellent interpersonal skills and be a strong communicator.
