THE ROLE
Due to continued growth there is now a need for a talented Producer to come on board and work across a range of exciting campaigns, internal communication projects and much more. You will receive ongoing support and training across the business.

* Working with Senior Producers and gaining a true understanding of the brief
* Coming up with creative ideas and discussing these with the team and client
* Generating unique ideas for the event/campaign/workshop
* Delivering projects from brief to completion with the support of Senior Producers
* Engaging with and building relationships with clients
* Turning concepts into reality via campaigns and activations
* Working closely with creative and design teams
* Understanding and developing content
* Budget management
* Liaising with and negotiating with suppliers
* Following up with post event/campaign evaluation
* Attending events to ensure they run smoothly

THE CANDIDATE
Candidates must have experience working within a live event, production or communication agency and be confident and be a confident communicator with the ability to turn concepts into reality. This agency are looking for someone with a keen interest in creating a positive impact for their client's employees and who is passionate about working on not just events but a variety of campaigns and experiences.
