CONTENT AND LEARNING DIRECTOR – Permanent – HOME WORKING

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Content and Learning Director to lead a small team in the publishing sector. You'll need to have proven training management experience across varied event formats, ideally gained from working for a business or association. Excellent organisational, logistics, communication and analysis skills are a must. From a personality and work ethic point of view, you'll be a "people-person" who is confident, enthusiastic and can see the big picture and the detail. Key responsibilities will include managing the new training pipeline and ensuring market needs are met in terms of both content and delivery mechanisms and additionally reviewing the current training programme to ensure that the offering is current, high quality and commercially viable.
