Our client are an independent, creative-led experiential agency that deliver multi-channel brand and retail experiences.

As an agency they build and activate experiential concepts and strategies that populate multi-channel campaigns, from global brand experience platforms to brand homes, shopper and retail activations, pop-ups and events. We work across geographies for some of the world's best brands.

With experiential at the heart of what they do, it is always part of integrated campaigns and flows across other comms channels such as digital, content, media and PR.


Due to on going business wins we are now seeking a superstar Account Director to join this growing brand experience team. As an Account Director you will play an integral role in managing and building client relationships, with new and existing clients.

You will lead on multiple client relationships, take briefs, manage the creative response and oversee each project from brief through to delivery. Responsible for nurturing a number of client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered on time you will have skills in:

Managing a number of key client accounts
Growing existing relationships
Driving and developing new business
Briefing and managing internal teams (creative, production, operations, finance)
Managing budgets and forecasts
Managing and developing junior team members
Overseeing the execution of each project
Fostering an energetic, ambitious and supportive agency culture


The ideal candidate will have a good understanding and interest in the wider integrated marketing mix.
