This company are now looking for an Account Manager to join their team where you will work in conjunction with production and design teams to manage client accounts and enquiries. This is not a sales based role but more focused on client management and retention.
As Account Manager you will be responsible for;
First point of contact for incoming enquiries
Managing responses and leads
Preparing quotations and upselling where possible
Attending client briefings and managing client throughout their project
Establishing and developing relationships
Onsite de briefs and consultations
To be considered for this role, you will have sound knowledge of design and build of event installations. You will have a keen interest in creative build projects and extensive experience in client management.
