EVENT MANAGER - CREATIVE AGENCY

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and development they are now looking for an Event or Senior Event Manager to come on board and take the lead on their broad range of events both in the UK and internationally. A broad role responsibilities will include:

* Development, production and delivery of events from end to end
* Preparing full and complete proposals
* Client liaison
* Delivering events on time, within budget and exceeding client expectations
* Setting and management timelines and schedules
* Managing supplier relationships
* Managing operational and administrative functions
* Budget management
* Ensuring excellent client service and quality delivery

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates should have similar experience gained from working within a creative event or production agency. Candidates must be client facing and have the ability to develop relationships as well as manage projects from initial brief through to delivery (including financial reconciliation). Attention to detail is paramount! Any experience of working with luxury / premium brands would be advantageous.
