EVENT COORDINATOR - CREATIVE AGENCY

THE ROLE

Due to continued growth and development they are now looking for an Event Coordinator to come on board and support on their vast array of events both in the UK and internationally. A broad role responsibilities will include:

• Supporting on the development, production and delivery of events from end to end
• Managing client relationships
• Managing supplier relationships
• Venue sourcing
• Delegate management
• Managing event documentation and collateral
• Working closely with internal teams
• Managing operational and administrative functions
• Ensuring excellent client service and quality delivery
• On site delivery

THE CANDIDATE

Candidates should have similar experience gained from working within a creative event environment, preferably with private clients or brands. Candidates must be client facing, confident and willing to learn. Attention to detail is paramount!
