THE COMPANY

A creative event production agency who specialise in live and virtual events both UK and overseas. They produce design-led experiences for brands worldwide across a broad range of creative B2B and B2C projects including product and press launches, experiential activations, conferences, roadshows and exhibitions.

They work with a number of blue chip clients, especially in the technology, automotive and media sectors, and provide full delivery, design and production in house. Offering a tailored service to clients, this growing agency have an unrivalled client base and are responsible for creating, designing and bringing client's visions into reality through a full production service.

This is an exciting opportunity for a production manager to work with a talented team on hugely creative and innovative experiential projects!

THE ROLE

With business flourishing they are now looking for an experienced hybrid Event Producer to join their growing team and take the lead across a wide range of events.

As a Senior Producer based in London you will work across digital, hybrid and physical events. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and closing of your projects from initial brief to execution and on site. Content strategy and management will be a core requirement for this role

Responsibilities will include:

Client liaison and management
Taking and interrogating the creative brief
Proposal writing - including creative concepts with both IRL and digital focus
Leading projects from concept to completion
Creating content and messaging for events
Briefing in production and AV where required
Working with external suppliers and venues
Managing client relationships on a project basis
Fully managing budgets through to reconciliation
On-site management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have experience as a client facing Event Project Manager / Producer within a creative production / events agency and experience in delivering virtual / digital events.

If you have IRL and digital production insight and knowledge to collaborate on and validate creative ideas and treatments with the studio team then we need you!
