This company are truly international, operating around all 4 corners of the globe! Dedicated to education and travel, they have been established for 30 years, organising a variety of exciting and market leading events including trade fairs, workshops and summits that take place in over 15 countries on 5 continents.

They have recently created a new division to focus on virtual and hybrid events space. This role will be leading this team, working alongside the Events Director enabling you to make key decisions and input into the creative direction of events. The business have seen a huge success in the virtual side of the business, which is why they have created this team to solely focus on these events and allow continuous growth - with the business being on track for their best year to date!


Due to continued and sustainable growth, they are now looking to expand their events team. As Virtual Event Manager you will be responsible for:

* End to end management of virtual events with a focus on logistics
* Managing event schedules, timelines and deadlines
* Understanding video elements, broadcast and production
* Managing a project team and ensuring clear communication
* Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and to deadlines
* Working well within a close knit team
* Understanding of technical elements to enhance the event
* Onsite event delivery
* Post event reporting


Candidates must have experience working on virtual or hybrid events and be confident managing virtual end to end logistics - ideally you will have worked within B2B or B2C events previously. For the role, you will be reporting directly into the Event Director and have the ability to make key decision and progress within your role.
