EVENT COORDINATOR – Permanent - LONDON/WFH
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (DOE)

Great opportunity to join an exciting global event management agency who are looking for a confident Event Coordinator to satisfy the on-going needs of the company and its clients. Working closely to support the Event Manager, your responsibilities will include, day to day liaison with third parties, including hotel/venue, AV suppliers and DMCs as well as on-site responsibilities and post event responsibilities (reconciliations). This role will be suitable for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality events and going above and beyond to ensure that clients and delegates have an exceptional experience at their events. You will have experience in virtual meeting technology, managing event budgets and managing on-site teams and suppliers as well as being good at decision-making, having excellent interpersonal skills and having a positive approach and attitude. This role will be split between remote working and their London office.
