THE ROLE

As a member of the Client Services Team you will play a key part in managing the seamless delivery of a variety of event projects. Supporting the wider team your key responsibilities will include:

-Working collaboratively with Account Managers
-Updating event and project plans and preparing timelines
-Assisting with rate negotiations and event bookings
-Supporting on venue sourcing
-Booking team travel, accommodation and logistics
-Working on Excel on a daily basis
-Managing a variety of events administrative tasks
-Inputting into costs and managing small budgets
-Leading on small event projects

THE CANDIDATE

We are looking for candidates with strong organisational and communication skills and some experience working within the events sector. An agency background would be beneficial but experience from other events settings will also be considered. Candidates must have excellent skills in the use of Excel and must be a team player and have a strong passion for the events industry.
