THE ROLE

We are now looking for a senior level Production Director / Head of Production to head up the department and work across a broad range of live, virtual and hybrid projects for well-known high profile brands.

Working across a wide range of projects the Production Director / Head of Production will sit within the management team and will act as the conduit between client servicing teams, creative and production partners to ensure the optimum outputs are delivered, on time and on budget.

Working with a great portfolio of corporate clients, you will add value at a strategic level, both in terms of production concepts and exploring innovations in technology. With time split across departmental management, some delivery on the larger more complex projects and new business pitches you will get involved in:

Close liaison with other senior members of the team
Developing the overall production offering
Leading the production response on large scale pitches
Budget management and production scheduling for all projects
Overseeing production delivery team - in house and freelance
Supplier selection and management

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate should have experience working as either an existing Head of Production or Senior Production Manager in an agency environment where you have either delivered or managed the production of events and people.

This is a senior level position, within a well-known agency where you can be the driving force behind what will become a major force in the production industry!
